Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts

The Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts celebrates the long tradition of woodworking and craftsmanship in Fez. Located in the Nejjarine area of the historic medina, the museum presents a collection of traditional wooden objects and tools that illustrate the skills of Moroccan artisans. Exhibits include carpentry tools, musical instruments, decorative pieces, rosaries and other objects connected to everyday life and craftsmanship. The surrounding Nejjarine quarter remains closely associated with woodworking traditions in Fez.
