We may receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, trip dates, party size, travel preferences, account profile details, booking or availability requests, reviews, questions and other information you choose to submit.

Public reviews, questions and answers may display the profile name associated with the contribution. Your account email is not displayed as part of those public contributions.

When personalization features are enabled, Ask Morocco may use activity on the platform, saved trip items and stated preferences to improve recommendations for cities, stays, tours, experiences and other travel content.

Where consent is required for non-essential analytics or similar technologies, those technologies should only be used in accordance with the consent choices presented to you.

Information submitted in a stay, tour, experience, guide or transport request is used to review the request and coordinate the relevant service. We only share information with a provider when it is reasonably needed to handle that request or arrangement.

Ask Morocco does not publish private supplier contact details merely because a supplier is represented on the platform.

Ask Morocco uses hosted infrastructure and database services to operate the platform. Access to account and operational data is restricted through application permissions and database access controls.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain records of requests and contributions, and to meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

You may browse much of Ask Morocco without an account. Account holders can update profile information and can contact Ask Morocco about access, correction or deletion requests, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

You can choose whether to save items to My Morocco Trip. Saving an item does not create a booking request.
